Welcome to my webpage!

I am Dr Tsirigotis, a fully qualified and highly experienced clinical psychologist specializing in trauma. With a deep passion for helping individuals overcome the effects of traumatic experiences, I am committed to providing compassionate and effective therapy to support your healing journey.

Professional Background:
I hold a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (UCL), and my extensive training and experience have equipped me with a solid foundation in psychological theory, assessment, and evidence-based interventions. Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in trauma therapy, working with individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including but not limited to abuse, accidents, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Other than the above I teach at the online Master's Program of Clinical Psychology at the University of Gibraltar and as an Adjunct for the Master's Program of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the Hellenic American University. Last, I am an International Trainer for the Ego State Trauma Therapy.

Specialized Approach:
My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing upon a range of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and systemic psychotherapy. I understand that each person's experience of trauma is unique, and I tailor my approach to meet your specific needs and goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where you can explore and process your traumatic experiences at your own pace.

Continued Professional Development:
As a dedicated professional, I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques in trauma therapy. I regularly engage in continuing education and attend conferences and workshops to expand my knowledge and enhance the quality of care I provide to my clients.

If you are ready to embark on a journey of healing and transformation, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Together, we can work towards overcoming the effects of trauma and creating a brighter future.

Please note that I adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical guidelines to ensure your privacy and well-being throughout our therapeutic journey together.
