Confidentiality and ethical practice are paramount. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger management, sexuality, low self-esteem, confidence, relationship problems, stress and the search for meaning in life. I believe therapy is different with each client, it grows into something unique as the relationship develops. Effective therapy is grounded in good technique, creativity, humour, compassion, understanding and acceptance.
