About Me
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist, accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I have been working professionally as a therapist since 2007. I have Psychology degree (B.Sc.), master in Literatute, Master in Cognitive and Experimental Psychology (M.Sc.), Postgraduate Diploma in RECBT (Rational Emotive & Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy, Master in Couple & Family Therapy and PsyD.

I work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, anger management, sexuality, low self-esteem, confidence, relationship problems, stress and the search for meaning in life. I believe therapy is different with each client, it grows into something unique as the relationship develops. Effective therapy is grounded in good technique, creativity, humour, compassion, understanding and acceptance.
